You already know what healthy eating is. Your problem is:

How in God’s name do you actually get yourself to eat that way?

…happily, permanently, and without willpower?

You get it. You figured out long ago that if you want.…

  • Freakish health

  • A lithe tigery body

  • Obnoxiously vibrant energy

  • Glowy skin

  • A crystal-clear, sparkly brain

  • Shocking longevity

  • And to avoid the total buzzkill of chronic degenerative diseases

…you have to eat absurd quantities of fresh, whole, plant foods. Your problem is HOW—how to actually get yourself to eat that way?

… Even when you have zero willpower.

… Even when the very idea of eating that way crushes all joy and hope from your soul.

… Even when you think people who eat that way are weirdo loser fanatics who need to get a life, stat.

… Even when you have self-sabotaging parts in you the size of Jupiter.

… Even when you are stressed out beyond all recognition.

… Even when you have cravings that hit you like demonic possessions from cheesy 1970s horror movies.

Wildly Regenerative Eating system is an entirely new approach to eating healthy.

It’s a real-world, road-tested system made up of 9 tactics—and all sorts of other hints, hacks, and underhanded tricks—designed to do one thing:

To get your willpowerless, pizza-devouring, pasta-munching, donut-addicted, health-food-hating self to eat fresh, whole, plant foods, mostly veggies, lots of them raw—in vast abundance. And joyfully. And forever.

Here’s the deal:

  • Gazillions of experts tell you what to eat (blueberries, kale, broccoli, walnuts)

  • Gazillions of experts tell you why to eat it (anthocyanins, lutein, sulforaphane, EFAs)

  • This is the first and only system that’s entirely about the how—how to actually get yourself to eat that way. Happily. And for the rest of your life. For real.

The Wildly Regenerative Eating system assumes you already got the basic idea of “what-to-eat”… like, a long-ass time ago: fresh, whole, plant foods, mostly veggies, lots of them raw. In alarming quantities. (Not exactly rocket science.) What you need is the “how” part.

I’ve so got you.

Forged in the real world

I created the Wildly Regenerative Eating system “in the trenches”—by working with hundreds of regular people for the last 25 years. That’s a lot of years. Trying everything. Constantly (obsessively) modifying the system, tinkering with it, shifting stuff around. Finding what works. Until I got to the point where it was highly successful.

And highly successful it is.

You can become a wildly regenerative eater:

  •        Through coaching (if you’re super gung ho), in either small-group or one-on-one formats, or

  •       Through simply buying the book (if you’re slightly less gung ho, and/or slightly less money-fied).

More on these options anon.

First, though, let it be known…

We are most definitely NOT talking about:

  • Another “30-day challenge” (Please)

  • The latest trendy “cleanse” or “detox” (Seriously?)

  • Those blazing dumpster fires called “diets” (Are you even kidding me right now?)

  • Another snoozy PDF loaded up with recipes and “menu plans” (Eye rolls, head shakes, forehead slaps)

The Wildly Regenerative Eating system works by stealth, sneakiness, psyops, attraction, and—most of all—by creating an awakening in you. It changes:

  • What you crave

  • What feels normal

  • What feels easy

  • Who you are around food and eating—identity, mindset, life script, and beliefs

So that eating this way stops being a stupid and depressing battle—and starts being automatic.

The threshold to real transformation

This system isn’t just about getting you to eat a few more salads and green smoothies. That would not give you the lithe, tigery body, or any of those other dope benefits.

It’s about turning you (yes, you) into a wildly regenerative eater—a person who eats almost nothing but fresh, whole, plant foods. Roughly 90%.

Because, for most people, eating around 90% fresh, whole plants (mostly veggies, lots of them raw) crosses them over a threshold into a whole new mode of deep cleansing and cellular regeneration. And that’s when the lithe, tigery body, the freakish longevity, and all that other hella-cool stuff begins.

The epic dumbassery of the diet and health industry

By the way, there’s no other special, magic-bullet way of eating that will give you all those superhero benefits.

I know the diet industry (and armies of influencers) are constantly telling us about new, secret, magical diets. But can we all just put on our big boy and big girl pants and admit that there are no such things?

Bodily transformation through diet is the exact same brick-to-the-head simplicity it’s always been: eat ridiculous amounts of fresh, whole plants (mostly veggies, lots of them raw) and eat very little else.

That’s it.

That unsexy simplicity is the only dietary “secret” anyone’s ever gonna get. Somewhere way down deep inside, we all know this, don’t we? And for most people, eating that way revolutionizes their health far beyond what they ever imagined.

The only “secret” is you have to do the simplicity enough!

Moving on.

The nightmare of hippy bunnyfood

Obviously, to most people, eating 90% (ish) fresh, whole plant foods sounds like a nightmare—a hellish purgatory of twigs, hippy bunnyfood, lawn clippings, and kitty litter.

But it only sounds that way because you’ve never had a truly sneaky system to make it cool, fun, and delish.

And now you do!

You may have tried before to eat super healthy, but you always tap out because…

  • You end up feeling so deprived that you want to claw your own brain out of your skull and eat it with a little Parmesan cheese and a fine chianti.

  • You are so busy you can barely find time to jam a corn chip you found under the couch into your face, never mind spend an afternoon making a fancy healthy meal.

  • Your cravings for unfriendly foods come over you like demonic possessions from cheesy 1970s horror movies.

  • Every time you “fall off the clean-eating wagon,” you jam your self-esteem into a Vitamix and turn it up to the speed that turns ice cubes into steam.

  • You couldn’t stand thinking about food so much—planning, resisting, negotiating, bargaining, regretting. Ugh!

  • You feel trapped in a perfectionistic diet mentality that makes food feel like some kind of moral test from Corinthians… instead of simple nourishment.

  • Your kitchen is packed full of mouthwatering, ultra-processed junk food because if it weren’t, your teenager/spouse/roommate would snap and go on a shooting spree at your local strip mall. Or at least sulk unpleasantly.

  • You couldn’t take one more day of looking like a hippie health nut granola freak to your friends. (The social pressure to eat toxic anti-food is no joke.)

  • You’ve got habits. Habits from hell. Habits as old as the hills.

  • You got sick of counting, measuring, tracking, and charting everything you put in your mouth (which even your poodle knows is mega-unsustainable—not at all how real-world, veteran healthy eaters stick with it year after year).

Dude. None of this is your fault. It’s what virtually everybody struggles with…if they don’t have a system to make it super doable in your (more-or-less) normal-person-esque life—a system to do two things:

1)    Transition into the Wildly Regenerative Eating lifestyle.

2)    Keep you transitioned—for good—no matter how bonkers your life gets.

Those two things are literally all the Wildly Regenerative Eating system does. It gives you nine tactics that take you from “I try to eat healthy” to “Oh. This is just who I am now.”

The Wildly Regenerative Eating system shows you how to:

  • Trick your body into falling hopelessly in love with fresh whole plants, so that you literally crave fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Deploy the 5 tactics to avoid feelings of deprivation (and no, it’s not just about finding yummy recipes)

  • Discover the “secret” kinds of dishes that veteran healthy eaters actually eat in the real world. (Hint: they're definitely not the kinds of recipes found in popular books and websites) (Second hint: you’ll actually make them!)

  • Learn how to be loose, pliant, and easygoing with your super healthy eating... while avoiding the slippery slope back to the deep-fried bacon pizza

  • Master 3 techniques to flow gracefully with the emotions, beliefs, and thinking that sabotage so many people’s attempts to eat healthy

  • Rock the 4 strategies that work way better than willpower

  • Build the 6 foundations and habits to make sure you stay on the path of super healthy eating for the rest of your earthly days

  • Find out the 5 game-changing “tricks of the trade” of a veteran super healthy eating coach (yours truly).

  • Prove for yourself the crazy paradoxical truth that wildly regenerative eating is often easier—even for non-freaky normal people—than only eating “moderately healthy.”

  • Make transitioning to wildly regenerative eating fun! I kid you not.

  • Simplify wildly regenerative eating so radically that the idea of measuring, counting, or tracking anything ever—just to eat, for God’s sake!—will seem ridiculous.

  • Get so streamlined with your wildly regenerative eating that it hardly takes any time at all.

  • Vanquish cravings by preventing them from happening in the first place. Real Ninja shit.

  • Transform the perfectionism, guilt, and shame cycles beyond all recognition.

  • Enjoy the wildly regenerative eating lifestyle without looking like a weirdo in social situations.

On top of all those gnarly bullet points, the Wildly Regenerative Eating system also:

  • Walks you step-by-step through the exact actions to take in the exact order.

  • Is scandalously flexible and deliriously customizable to your unique situation, lifestyle, temperament, challenges, and strengths.

  • Is totally doable at whatever pace works for you—slow or fast, the tortoise or the hare. You decide.

  • Shows you how simple it is to eat as much as you want—without harming your health, gaining weight, or frightening the neighbors.

Likely question: “So are you saying your system makes it EASY to become a wildly regenerative eater for the rest of my life?”

Easy? Good Lord, no. Eminently doable, even for super busy people? Yes. Massively user-friendly? Yes. Bigly successful for most people? Yes. Wise, leveraged, and enjoyable? Yes, yes, and yes! But not always easy.

Becoming—and staying—a wildly regenerative eater can, at times, be hard.

The thing is, there are two totally different kinds of “hard.” There’s dumb hard, and there’s smart hard. Almost everyone who tries to change their diet does dumb hard. And dumb hard is brutal.

Dumb hard means…

  • They choose the wrong strategies (or no strategies at all).

  • They have zero tactics to avoid deprivation.

  • They do nothing to shift their mindset.

  • They put nothing in place for when all their motivation will evaporate five or six months down the line (which it most definitely will).

  • They have no clue which are the key habits to build.

So they take some randomly-chosen action steps—and then they just scrinch up their faces and ball up their fists and “try really hard to do them.”

Smart hard is a totally different animal…

and a totally different experience. Smart hard means that some of the steps require—yes—a bit of work. You do actually have to do some stuff to become a lifelong wildly regenerative eater.

But…

  • When you know that the actions you’re taking are the wisest ones with ginormous benefits

  • When you know they are smart, targeted, leveraged, and road-tested

  • When you know they are powerfully moving you in the exact direction you want to go—eating for radiant health…

…well then, those actions feel deeply satisfying. When you’re doing the right hard things, the smart hard things, as part of a solid system, it just feels totally different. You’re in a flow. Even if, on some days, it feels hard. It feels good hard. Meanwhile, you’re also eating like a glowy, solar-powered, superhero of the sun.

You get it.

Here’s how you can jump into the Wildly Regenerative Eating system:

1. One-on-one coaching

Together, you and I tailor the system to your exact life, customizing each step to your habits, your schedule, your sticking points, your personality. Plus, you get to enjoy a higher ratio of my dumb jokes. Lucky you.

2. Group coaching

Small groups (6 people max) are fun and awesome. They give you guidance, structure, inspiration, support, momentum and accountability. Plus, group synergy is a real thing.

3. Start with the book

If you’d rather go at your own pace, the Wildly Regenerative Eating book is a real-world field manual, a roll-up-your-sleeves workbook. And so user-friendly it’s almost embarrassing. This badboy is designed to be used and returned to. Dog-eared. Highlighted. Marked up. Folded, spindled, and mutilated. (Do check out some of the rocking customer Amazon reviews below.)

It’s a hands-on, step-by-step practical guide to becoming the kind of person who eats this way for life. Happily. With a big smile on your face. I mean, not constantly. That would be creepy. But a lot. A statistically significant increase in smiles, let’s just say.

Most people start with the book.

And then, if they want even more turbo-charged mojo, they move into coaching.

Imagine This…

Six months from now…

You don’t feel like you’re “trying.”

You’re just eating way differently.

Living way differently.

Feeling so radiantly shiny that strangers on the sidewalk point and stare.

You’re not white-knuckling your way through salads.

You’re not starting over every Monday.

You’re just…

A wildly regenerative eater.

A person who simply eats in a way that allows their body to do what it was designed to do:

Regenerate and radiate and glow so you can do cool shit for your friends and the world at large and all the sentient beings in it.

Start living this way…for real

Here are some Amazon reviews for Wildly Regenerative Eating:

  • Barb Hills

I have given this book to all of my friends and family! I keep my copy nearby, it is so engaging and fun to read, I keep returning to it. I was thrilled to discover a book about health and nutrition alive with humor and witt and a down to earth understanding of how people actually work. I struggled with diverticulitis and found myself desperate for guidance and expertise on how to successfully change my eating habits to regain my health, strength and vibrancy. This book was a godsend. I loved the fresh approach focused on adding healthy foods rather than telling me to stop eating all the foods I love and crave. The message of eating, “fresh, whole plants, lots of them raw,” using his nine tactics, revolutionized my eating habits. Education and training made fun with the authors humorous style of writing and accessible approach to health, a topic written about ad nauseum-this one’s different. I credit this book with my feeling healthier at 72 years old than any other period of my life. I love giving this book to young people-I wish I’d had it sooner! It’s a warm hug and a profound means of learning to be and eat super healthy.

  • Mark Reinholtz

Very excited and motivated by this step-by-step system. The authors writing style is so engaging, feels like a conversation with a good friend. I have to say, he seems to have thought of everything and packed it all into the 9 tactics of his system. This is the first time I feel like I’ve found a way to get myself to eat as healthy as I’ve always wanted to. Believe me once you start you won't want to stop! Really enjoying the change.

  • Marylucille

I'm 77 and have read 100+ books on eating and health. This book is brilliant and fun. He gives a profound comprehensive Wholistic Process for eating wildly healthy and Staying that way for life. I loved it. It's my #1 forever! Thanks Sam!

  • daffodis and daylilies

A really fun, smart read. And the best part.... it's DOABLE!! Wish I had found this decades ago.

  • S.H.

I didn't think I could read another book on dieting, but this book is actually anti-diet and easy to read. The approach is sustainable for real, and, incredibly, it's actually fun, like the author said it would be. I gave it 4 stars because I've only gotten through the first 2 tactics but these have already revolutionized my approach to food. I'm proactively invested in what I'm eating - instead of diets where the emphasis is about deprivation and not eating bad things, this approach is the opposite of that, and makes me actually want to eat good things from an engaged and empowered place. And I don't have to measure or count anything!! Highly recommend. Here's my morning green smoothie!

  • Carol Bookworm

My only problem is: where has this book been all my life? I wish I'd had it a long time ago. It's not about what to eat but HOW to make the change last, which is where I always fall down with getting better on my diet.

I'm always good for a few weeks, and then I come home stressed, or the family is in uproar, and all my healthy eating goes out the window. But this author has this system that has you ready for that. Honestly, I feel like it is genius.

I’m just using 5 of the 9 tactics and I feel like that's what I'm going to stick with--just that has me eating more fresh whole plant foods than I ever have before, and I don't feel deprived at all, which is kind of his big thing. I'm so thrilled, and this has been a crazy month, too.

FYI: The author sets a high bar. He wants you to eat “90%-ish” fresh, whole, unrefined, unprocessed plant foods. Will I get there? I don't know, but I am so much further toward that, and a month in I feel amazing and more energetic than I have in a long time.

  • RLK

It seems bizarre that nobody has published a book like this before. Because just like the blurb says, I really HAVE read enough books about why I should eat a whole plant-based diet. It's like, enough. I get it. My problem has always been how to actually make myself do it--especially since I don't really want to. This book is showing me exactly how to get myself to do it. It's a lot of work, and the author is up front about that, but it's also a cool process. Best of all, I'm already starting to feel kind of amazing--especially in my energy and mental clarity. If you're ready to become a really clean eater, for the rest of your life, I've never seen another book anything like this one.

  • Elizabeth Jarrett Andrew

Such great advice in this gem of an eating guide. I'm still chewing on it years after reading!

  • HJ Rorke

I’ve tried so many times for so many years to eat the way this author teaches—basically “almost nothing but fresh whole unrefined plants”—and I’ve always “fallen off the wagon” sooner or later. Since working with this book I feel, for the first time, like it will be almost impossible to go back to my old unhealthy eating ways, because I’m actually building the simple foundations and habits that make healthy eating stick but that no one ever told me about. Thank you for this wise and powerful book.

  • Drake Powe

This book changed my life. After a lifetime of feeling trapped in antiquated eating patterns, this opened up not just a new way of eating, but of looking at life. I never imagined that the world of fruits and vegetables would be opened up to me in a way that has reduced brain fog and helped to alleviate anxiety and depression, as well as help with chronic fatigue and improved sleep. These are areas that I had begun to lose hope. I cannot recommend Wildly Regenerative Eating enough.

About Sam Hart, CNH

Sam Hart, Counselor of Natural Health, has been a healthy eating coach since 2000, guiding hundreds of people to become wildly regenerative eaters for good. He has numerous trainings and certifications, but Sam created his system—wildly regenerative eating—in the trenches, working face-to-face with ordinary people over many years, constantly testing, modifying, and reinventing it, using only what actually worked for real people in the real world.

Sam got a BA in holistic health from the University of Minnesota, as well as certification as a Counselor of Natural Health from The College of Natural Health (whose approach was resonant with the OG Natural Hygiene philosophies). He is also certified in Dr. George Pransky’s 3-Principles coaching program. Which is wicked cool.

Sam lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his wife of over 30 years and their two cats. His hobbies include spiritual practice, martial arts, kettlebells, guitar, early punk and new wave, and writing pretentiously in hipster coffee shops. Read more…
